How to play: Install the me3 loader, download the ER-Mario release zip from GitHub, place your US Super Mario 64 .z64 ROM in the ER-Mario folder, and launch via er-mario.me3. You need: Elden Ring on Steam (offline with anti-cheat disabled via me3); your own legally obtained US Super Mario 64 ROM (.z64); Windows PC.
