Open on XModders whatmynickname and sdh0 shipped Titanfall BT-7274 v1.1.1 (Quest and Companion) for PC Cyberpunk 2077. It drops Titanfall 2's Vanguard-class Titan BT-7274 into Night City as a callable mech, voiced companion, and Badlands quest.
The Nexus tagline is blunt: "Standby for Titanfall. BT-7274 Online. (Quest and Companion). Not passthrough, it's standalone." Version 1.1.1 landed on Nexus on Oct 23, 2026; the main archive lists Cyberpunk 2.3.1, not the 2.5 patch.
Over Oct 25–26, a repost of Ultimate Graphics' showcase blew up on X. I haven't played the mod. This is based on the Nexus listing, author posts, press coverage, and those clips.
On Oct 25, @gameunlocked26 posted the clip above with:
"Cyberpunk 2077 with 2xDLSS 5 + Titanfall Mod is INSANE
>

Designer Grummz posted the same footage that afternoon (145,319 views when we checked Oct 26 afternoon):
"So done crossed Titanfall with Cyberpunk 2077…
>
..then turned on DLSS 5!
>
Holy crap! Gaming is about to get so good. I can’t stop watching this."
DSOGaming covered the mod Oct 21. Hobby Consolas tied the release to CD Projekt's 2.5 update the same week.
What the mod adds (per Nexus)
The listing is a full mashup kit, not a skin swap.
- Prologue quest Prologue: A Friend From Beyond: BT crashes in the Badlands; you answer its distress call, fight Arasaka salvage, defend the reboot, then ride out through Militech.
- Titanfall call-down anywhere with open sky; embark from four sides; first-person cockpit or third-person camera.
- Weapons and kit: XO-16 chaingun, multi-target missiles, vortex shield, electric smoke, dashes, melee, plus a TITAN perk tree on the character screen.
- Companion AI on foot with four orders: Follow & Fight, Follow & Hold Fire, Hold Position, or Wait.
- Protocol 3 ejection when hull hits critical, then a two-minute recall cooldown.

Version 1.1.1 mostly fixes rooftop falls and controller hold inputs for on-foot BT commands, per the Nexus changelog.
whatmynickname's Oct 25 sticky on the mod page warns that 2.5 saves and rollbacks are messy while framework updates lag:
"Naturally, it is completely expected that the mod does not run properly on 2.5 right now since the core frameworks haven't been updated yet. Furthermore, saves created or loaded on version 2.5 have a different save structure than 2.31, which means there is a high chance they will not work properly if you try to roll back."
The clip is not stock Cyberpunk 2.5 DLSS
The viral source is Ultimate Graphics' Oct 22 upload (74,341 views on YouTube when we checked Oct 26 afternoon).
His public YouTube description says gameplay was not recorded on update 2.5. It credits a Titanfall mod, Immersive Third Person, and his Ultimate Night City pack. The same blurb calls the visuals "DLSS 5 2X Pass neural rendering."
On frame pacing, he writes:
"experimenting with DLAA and using Lossless Scaling instead of Frame Gen, thats why it looks a bit choppy."
That is a heavily modded PC showcase. It is not NVIDIA's developer-integrated DLSS 5 (3D-Guided Neural Rendering) inside CD Projekt's 2.5 menu.
Game Unlocked's "2xDLSS 5" headline matches the uploader's 2X Pass label. It is not a single official graphics toggle.

The modders' own quest footage is on the Nexus videos tab:

whatmynickname's Oct 18 sticky says "Video will open Oct 28th, 2026 Keep your expectations low, it's nothing major" on Nexus. Until 2.5 framework ports land, the gating issue is less BT's cockpit and more whether your install can still run 2.3.1.
